We taught him about family sealings and he was really excited he likes the Manila temple and wants to go there he asked if I would come back to go with them it filled my heart. His goal is to go next year for Christmas because that's his birthday. His wife hasn't made it to church with him yet but she keeps saying she really wants to come. This week her boss fell and broke her hip so she went to the hospital in Bacolod with her and couldn't make it back in time. She's making us lunch later though :)
April
also came to church again! We talked yesterday about moving her baptism
up a week so she can get baptized on her dads birthday. Her son Evo
'Jay-Z' is getting baptized with her and he's really excited too :) This
week we taught her about temples and family history work and she was
super excited and starting planning how it would all work and who could
watch her baby while she goes. She's the best :)
This
week we watched the Restoration video with Daren and it really helped
build her testimony that Joseph Smith was a prophet. She said she knows
she needs to act for herself to find the truth and she knows she needs
to come to church to really know. She had a baptism date last transfer
but hasn't been progressing so we're just trying to focus on helping her
understand the importance of commitments and doing an experiment upon
the word. She's fun to teach.
I forgot my
planner at home and I'm kind of brain dead lately so that's all I can
really remember right now. I'm so happy to be a missionary. I can feel
the end is near because I'm so physically exhausted I feel like a big
bag of old lady bones all the time but all is well. I told sister Dansie
yesterday I'm either full speed or no speed at all hahah. RIP.
I love you all
Sister Zollinger
PS. I
proselyted in pants for the fist time ever this week. hot.
Also I'm
stealing baby Jhaeden and bringing him back to America with me. Go
Wyoming! (I wanna live there again maybe when I'm a real big kid)
